Patient Feedback Scores
We ask our patients to answer 12 key patient feedback questions across a number of areas including:
- Involvement in decision making
- Physical environment
- Consultant care
- Nurse Care
- Dignity and privacy
- Cleanliness
- Likely to recommend
Our responses to date have been overwhelmingly positive, which we are very proud of. From 01.04.2016 to 28.02.2022, 276 patients completed our feedback surveys and from these we achieved an average patient feedback score of 99.25% across all twelve questions. Our patients gave us a score of 100% across seven of our twelve questions.
